Kevin Hernandez is a Consultant at Bain & Company’s San Francisco office, where he focuses on private equity tech diligences and AI transformation engagements. He has completed numerous buy-side deals and is currently leading a large-scale AI initiative at a major network infrastructure company.
Before Bain, Kevin spent five years in EdTech as a Product and Project Manager at Colēgia, scaling a learning management platform to tens of thousands of students across hundreds of schools. His career began in the classroom as a Teach For America educator in rural Florida.
Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was a Distinguished Fellow, and a Master’s in Education from Johns Hopkins. He is a first-generation college graduate from Williams College and remains active in mentoring the next generation of first-gen leaders.
