AMERICAN HISTORY
USS Constitution

The USS Constitution, also known as "Old Ironsides", is a three-masted wooden-hulled heavy frigate of the United States Navy. She is currently the world's oldest ship still afloat. This magnificent warship was launched in 1797, and is one of six original frigates authorized for construction by the Naval Act of 1794. During her time at sea, she was victorious in all 40 battles in which she fought. Come join us as we get a tour of the ship and allow students to ask questions to our guide.
